Review content:
We just had our windows replaced in Oct.2011 by Window and Door Outlet. We had 5 casement windows replaced, as well as a double-casement, a bay window, and a 4 lite bow window. All were Ideal brand windows with ESM glass. I cannot tell you how great and effortless our experience was from start to finish. Our salesman was Sam. He was great! He was very professional and knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. He was not pushy at all! It was evident that our satisfaction was most important to him. Manny was the installer. He was great too! He was very meticulous with the installation and clean-up. The overall experience was wonderful. So much so, that after seeing what a beautiful job they did, my next door neighbors had all of their windows and doors replaced by them also!! Definitely recommended!\r
