I called Window and door outlet a month ago. I talked to Sam about new front doors. He gave me some great advise on what to do. I decided to go with this company. They did a great job and kept everything very neat and clean. The recommendations that Sam made were great. I would recommended to anyone. more

THE WORSE PLACE TO DEAL WITH!!! 4/14/2012

We purchased replacement window in 2009 for our home renovations, all the windows were put in WRONG, the sizes were too small, framing was terrible and they do not respond to phone calls. This is a company that passes the buck to the next person. It is 2012 and our windows are STILL not fixed. The customer service for this company is the WORSE I have ever see. I am at a point were I am ready to take out all the windows and place them at Window and Door Outlets doorstep! TAKE MY ADVISE AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE...ESPECIALLY CHUCK AND JEFF!!!!! more

Broken Glass 8/12/2005

A few years ago, an octagonal glass table of mine was accidentally split open. I couldn't find anywhere to fix it or find another eight-sided glass piece until I stumbled across this store. They offer lifetime warranties to any of their pieces of works, and they do windows, doors, and any siding. You can even call them for a free estimate. I was very pleased with the new octagonal glass pane that I ordered. It was even better than the old one because the sharp edges were all rubbed smooth. more
