Outstanding service, clean, professional and extremely responsive. Septic line blocked. Called at 9:30 they arrived at 10:30, no emergency rate nonsense like others. The first place I called took an hour to call back to tell me they don't service my town but call the national office, which sent me to phone mail. They cleared the line and sent a camera through it and determined the root cause of the problem was a bowed pipe. First time I've used them third time the line has been clogged and none of the others discovered what was causing problem. Last time I had it cleared it cost over $500 to get it cleaned out. This time it cost less and they actually knew that something was causing the malfunction and that's why they sent the camera through. I asked if they could fix it right away and they were there the next day with an estimate. They did the job that day. They were careful not to dig up the lawn carelessly. They placed the excavated dirt on blue tarps and didn't mess up the yard. They replaced the pipe, saved my plants, replaced sections of lawn with the original grass. Believe me you would never know they were there. I had accidently cut the sprinkler line with a shovel when I had uncovered the cap of the tank and they fixed that for me, at no charge. I am extremely pleased with the work they did and would never hesitate to recommend them to all my neighbors. I've owned houses for 30 years and Papalia's work rates at the top of my list for best contractors ever doing work on my properties. I would pay more to have them over your ""average"" plumbers.
