I lived in those apartments for 11 years and the management was poor as well as the maintenance. I would call and leave messages for the manager for things that were wrong with my apartment and she took her time putting the work order in. If she did not like you she did not do her job as a manager and if she liked you she would go out her way to do what she really didn't need to as a manager. My apartment was always leaking when it rained my children room carpet was messed up and was never replaced. There was mildew in the restroom and she never sent the maintenance guy over to clean it up dew to leak from the roof. I had to clean it myself. My apartment smelled so bad because of the leak in the rooms. I was ashamed to invite people over because the odor was so bad. Deordorizer did not keep the smell out at all. If there was a new manager that cared about the living conditions of the resident then I would recommend people to move there as long as the old manager is there I would not recommend anyone to move out there.
