Review content:
I was extremely disappointed with this clinic. The staff at Ansley Animal Clinic were extremely disorganized. The vets rushed us out the door with a prescription and did not take the time to answer my questions about my puppies condition. When I called back for clarification on the condition and dosing instructions, I received an ""I don't know"" in response to my questions, with no attempt to try and find the answer. I thought my question was something a vet's office should be able to answer: ""What type of parasite was found in the fecal test?"" I was also told: ""It's not a big deal"" and ""The medicine only costs $8"" This last comment really upset me because I was concerned about the health of my puppy and not the cost of the medication. When I tried to explain that, the staff said they would have a vet ""call me back"", which never happened. I would not recommend this vet to anyone, especially first-time pet owners.
