Review content:
Although the carpet itself seems to be cleaner I do not feel it was worth what we paid. We bought a Groupon, however ended up paying quite a bit more once it was all said and done. I had read that this happened to others, so right up front I said that all I wanted was a basic cleaning so we wouldn’t be charged extra. They told me that that’s not how the Groupon worked. I felt pressured to just give in, but after the fact looked at the fine print and it never said anything about an assessment or mandatory extra charges. To me it felt like a bait and switch. I would suggest going with a different carpet cleaning company if you don’t want to get a fast one pulled on you.
