Review content:
For the Katy facility, If you want a place who cares about your children this is not it. I got there with my 2 year old after the daycare call me at 4 PM because he had 102 fever, I leave work, rush to pick him up and call on the way there (No one answer) but I still went because their hours of operations are 8 am to 5 PM and they say they are a walk in clinic as well as an appointment place. I get there at 4:45 PM, no one in the waiting room (just me) and got told that the DR. had full rooms still and that they wouldn't see me. I changed to this place because is a kids specialize place and they turn my 2 year old down with 102 fever because they didn't want to leave late??? Come back tomorrow they said, and MD toll me to come back tomorrow while your child has 102 fever. Anyone who has a child will know how upseting this it. This is a sweat shop that will care only about charging you money and doing an 8 to 5 jobs, screw the oath they make about caring for the well being of any kid you take there, because they are not important if it is not from 8 am to 4:44 pm ( not 5 PM). This is the type of place that shows that health is a businees in our country not a vocational duty.\r
