It's hard to even give them one star. He is not located in Loveland/Milford anymore. He moves around to different parts of town all the time probably because he runs out of business. I bought my honda civic from him over a year ago and literally 5 days afterwards, the transmission went completely out. They are lucky I am surrounded by mechanics and got it fixed for cheap. They moved somewhere to Milford, to Harrison Avenue, and now apparently are in Colerain, for who knows how long?...When we asked if we could take it to have our mechanic look at it, he said ""Uhh, we don't really do that here."" Should have been our first sign to run away!!
