Jack is awesome! He has always been very professional and accommodating. We had purchased a truck from him that we had a lot of problems with. Not only did he offer to repair it at cost, he let us trade it in and get something else with the same terms. We were aware that we bought the truck ""as is"" and that there wasn't a warranty for it, but went to Jack for assistance and he came through for us. I highly recommend them and would buy another vehicle from them in a heartbeat!\r more

Very nice people. They worked with me, immediately corrected all concerns that I had. I felt as if they were honest and just trying to help good people out who maybe cannot afford a new car but need a nice car. He even agreed to purchase four new tires & have an alignment for me due to the a ""shimmy"" I believed to have felt. I personally read several reviews on Motor King and I feel that perhaps the persons upset with the dealership may not have been as honest as they could have been regarding their entire personal situation.\r more

im writing this to say im on my 3rd car with motor king. I have been buying cars from them for over 3 years now. I would not go to any other place. If they dont have what i want they will find it. I have had some small problems with one of the cars i bought from them and they took care of it with no problems. So if you are looking for a good used car try them first, you wont go any wear else after that.\r more

Second car from Jack. I love it and the care I get from him. After a week, the battery died and hell they came to my house jumped it and gave me a new battery no questions asked and no cost. For all of the negative posts, I think you couldn,t or wouldn,t pay and used Jack as your excuse. They honor all terms of the contract go above and beyond that. Read what you sign and live up to your end and Jack will also.\r more

I don't understand unhappy people!!! You buy a used car you get a used car! It is your fault if you don't check the car out ahead of time ( before purchase!)! Jack is a very nice guy and very easy to work with, he wants customers to come back!! If you're interested in one of his cars...try it out and check it over!!!! If you really like it but is has some issues tell Jack..he will go out of his way to comply with your requests, and make it right!! My son has bought 2 vehicles from Jack and is very happy, as well as myself, and several family members....I would proudly send anyone to go see Jack at Motor King!!!!!\r more

Great place to buy a car... ""When no one else wants to help you and they turn you away"".. Motor King is there to help you.. He does not pass judgment on anyone, if you are willing to live up to your end of the deal.. I have seen him spend upwards of $500 plus a persons car, I asked him why he would do that?? His answer was, the customer was a good paying customer and living up to their end of the bargain, so why shouldnt he do the same.. Now tell me what dealer in town will just spend $500 plus on your repairs that are not under warranty?? Thanks to the KING for helping others...\r more

anyone who said that this place good service would have to be a representative of the company, because this place is not only the worst car dealership is the worst business ever. They are selling lemons and not making lemonade!!!!. the owner is rude and disrespectful. I cant even believe what he thinks is exceptable. He sold me a car with numerous problems and then whats to charge me to fix the issues!!!...SCAM more

This is a good place for people who need a second chance with credit. Jack is an honest respectable person that goes out of his way to make sure I was happy. any problems if i call he will take Care of it. I wouldn't be surprised if those with problems are folks who can't or won't pay their bills. Not to many places are willing to personally cosign a car loan for a total stranger. I am blessed for the car and glad i got it from motor king\r more

One of the worst experiences of my life 5/6/2012

If I could give Motor King zero stars, as well as take away any future stars, I would. What transpired yesterday morning still seems ludicrous- the kind of bizarre human interaction that would only take place on an episode of ""It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia"" or ""Rock of Love."" I hate car shopping. I'm convinced that the only people who enjoy car shopping are the ones for whom money is no object. For me, it is the only object, so my wish list had petered down to ""something under $1400."" The day after my dad visited this location, we headed out bright and early with our sights set on a particular car- not one I was too excited about but one that possibly meant the end to car-shopping, so I was ready to do this. After a short test drive, I found that the A/C didn't work, and only one window went down. I was so desperate for a car at this point, those seemed like surmountable obstacles, even with a Cincinnati summer staring me straight in the face. After some cunning sales banter, I managed to get Jack, the owner, to knock $100 off the price (By cunning sales banter, I mean, ""um, well, how about $1000? Maybe? $1100? Ok!""). I accepted his weak handshake (I am female, after all), and I went with my parents into the office to do the paperwork. Things were going smoothly. I was a little put off by the arbitration agreement- maybe it's a typical thing, but I kind of wanted to know I could still sue them if necessary. Again, I was so desperate at this point, I signed away. Then I got to the paperwork that I had to sign acknowledging that I was purchasing a car with a salvage title. This had never been mentioned to me. When I asked the first salesman (not Jack) about any problems with the car, he said he didn't know of any. I wasn't thrilled about a salvage title I knew nothing about so I paused as I was signing it. Jack had wandered back into the office and I asked what happened to result in the salvage. He muttered something about that back bumper that was banged up. I'm no car expert, but I'm fairly certain that you don't salvage a car because of a busted bumper. As Jack strolled out of the office, my mom said, ""I wish we'd known about the salvage title."" And then all hell, as in Jack, broke loose. He started yelling- who are we to question his integrity, all a man has is his word, there were 3 more people who had already called about this car if we didn't believe him, et cetera. I'm still desperate enough that I'm signing papers. And then he told Lisa, who was helping me with the paperwork, to throw it all away. They weren't going to sell me the car. I said, ""Dude, it's okay. Let's all chill out."" And whatever hell I thought had broken loose was purgatory compared to the venom that poured from this man's mouth for the next 10-15 minutes. I hadn't slept at all the night before and the car-shopping had been so stressful, and I was so confused at why this man was yelling at me, I started to cry. And not just a couple of tears, I was in full-out bawling mode. Throughout all of this, Jack continued to yell. My dad and mom made repeated requests for him to calm down but he was on a roll about how I'd accused him of being a liar and a cheat (I had said nothing but ""I didn't know this was a salvage"" but I must have been the most fun to yell at). Finally, my desperation was out the door and I told Lisa, for whom I feel so much sympathy that I might arrange for her to be safely transported to a new job far away from Jack, to shred the paperwork. We gathered up our cash and started to leave. Jack continued to yell, and I continued to say ""why is this happening?"" After some final classy moves, including giving my dad back his ""Santa-for-hire"" business card and demanding that I not follow through on my promise to pray for him, he kept screaming at us as we drove away. I'm not sure if the other half-dozen customers who witnessed the debacle still bought cars, but if they did, I hope they brought their earplugs. more

One word, SCAM! 12/29/2011

It's hard to even give them one star. He is not located in Loveland/Milford anymore. He moves around to different parts of town all the time probably because he runs out of business. I bought my honda civic from him over a year ago and literally 5 days afterwards, the transmission went completely out. They are lucky I am surrounded by mechanics and got it fixed for cheap. They moved somewhere to Milford, to Harrison Avenue, and now apparently are in Colerain, for who knows how long?...When we asked if we could take it to have our mechanic look at it, he said ""Uhh, we don't really do that here."" Should have been our first sign to run away!! more

Motor King has helped many people... 12/5/2011

This is a great place, this man has helped so, so many people that ""NO ONE ELSE"" would help. What so many people don't realize is that Motor King sells upwards of 1500-1800 cars per year. That is alot of people that were turned down at other dealers in town. You figure he may get 5-10 reviews that are not happy. That is an awesome satisfaction rate if 5 out of 1800 sales are not completely happy. Also take into account the people that let their vehicle get repo'd and then leave bad feedback. I would say that Motor King is great for the Loveland/Milford/Goshen area.. Not too mention he now serves and helps people on Colerain Ave too.. I would like to say ""Thank You"" to the KING for helping so many people that other dealers and banks turn away.... more

Liars, Fakes, and very deceiving 10/27/2011

My husband and I brought our car there but returned it a month later because of several different reasons. There was problem with something near the tires and they said they would fix but they wouldn't. Second, we asked them to put the car in my name because he was having some issues with his license but they put it in his name and mine second. So when we went to go pick up the memo title they had his first name spelled wrong it was missing our last name. The guy told us to meet him up at the title place the next day to get fixed but the original was already at the finance office in Florence. When I called back the next week to see what was going on he yelled at me and told me to take the effort I was calling him to take that effort into fixing my husbands license. I think I forgot to mention that the temp tags where expired in a couple of days and we wanted the fixed title to get plates. DON'T EVER BY FROM THEM THEY ARE A RIP OFF AND THEY ARE CON ARTISTS. more

Deceiving! 8/25/2011

Bought my 4th car through this business and each time the vehical quality and the business ethic quality gets worse! Will NEVER do business with this guy again. There are alot of hidden problems with the cars/trucks when you buy them. Traded my old car in(which had to be towed on flatbed because it was over heated so bad and the frontend very messed up) he sold it next day for expensive price and I know it wasnt fixed! 99 red dodge intrepid sold in June from there! Buyer beware. He refused to fix motor mount in this previous car that he said he would fix and told my husband who has lung cancer to fix it himself! oh and to get a job! This guy has serious anger issues as well as an ego problem!! Best off not to buy from here! more
