I hope that some day if your in need of help, someone is there. It seems like to me the way you did my family working for you is despicable. I hope you never experience any hardship, I hope you get wealthier & wealthier. I hope everything you want in life is given to you. My son in law Jacob is an excellent employee, but would have & deserved to be told in person. Out of respect you or your drunk manager should have faced him to tell him why your drunk fired him. I'm angry right now and I definately need to pray for me & for you. You treat your employees like their cattle. I still want you to recieve more money, or whatever you want. Someday you will have to answer for the people you hurt & for treating people like you do. You wait until you have used Jacob for Harvest, then at Christmas with a wife & 2 children you throw them out like they were trash. No home to go to, no money, nothing. I really want to apologize for this letter, I need to get this off my chest, and I feel better. I will pray that God takes our anger away from us & we reach some kind of understanding of why this is happening whether it's to make all of us stronger & you wealthier or whether you can live with yourself. I hope you put Jacob's shoes on, even if just in your mind. What would you do? No jobs, no houses, no money, no family around, at Christmas! Turning the water off at their house was just mean. I'm putting this on here hopefully so other people can think about whether they want to be treated like this and see what kind of person you can be. You are at the top of my prayer list. I HOPE GOD RICHLY BLESSES YOU AND YOUR SECRETARY. She wouldn't have treated my daughter that way if she was wearing her shoes!!! I promise you that. You don't have a very respectable name in Dalhart as it is. You have to give respect in order to be respected. I hope you start treating your employees like they are human, and you need to know you take care of your employees and they will take care of you. It sounds like to me, you and your employees are trying to see who screws who? You might want to check on your german thats running the N Sedan farms.\r I hope he gets all of his family moved up there before Christmas. Pros: good employees Cons: Learning to treat people with respect & dignity
