THIS PLACE HAS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE MANAGEMENT IS JUST AS BAD! THE YOUNG LADY THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE IS THE ONLY REASON I EVEN BOOKED THE PARTY THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE. THE OTHER REVIEWS THAT WERE SO GREAT ABOUT THIS PLACE S DONE BY EMPLOYEES. I BOOKED MY DAUGHTERS 8TH BAY PARTY THERE FOR 4PM AND IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE UNTIL 530 BUT I WAS FORCED TO PAY AND LEAVE EARLY BECAUSE THE MANAGER SAID I HAD TO MANY COMPLAINTS AND IF I WAS THAT UNHAPPY THEN SHE WANTED US TO LEAVE. I WAS 15 MINS LATE BECAUSE I WAS DRIVING FROM ANOTHER CITY AND MY GPS COULD NT PICK THE PLACE UP PROPERLY THE 1ST COMPLAINT IS THE ANNOUNCER KEPT MIS PRONOUNCING MY CHILD'S NAME, 2) I WAS TOLD I HAD TO ORDER THE PIZZAS IN ADVANCE SO THEY WOULD BE HOT ON ARRIVAL WHICH WOULD BE APPROX 415 BUT THEY DIDNT GET TO MY TABLE UNTIL 430. 3) THE PIZZAS WERE EXTREMELY COLD THEY WERENT EVEN WARM A LITTLE 4) I ORDERED 4 PIZZAS AND ONLY GOT 2 4) WHEN THEY FOUND MY OTHER 2 AND BROUGHT THEM TO THE TABLE AT AROUND 5PM THEY WERE COLD TOO 5) MY ADULT GUESTS HAD TO STAND DUE TO THE LACK OF ROOM AT THE TABLE I WAS GIVEN 6) AT 515PM I WAS TOLD THAT THE TABLE BEHIND US WAS FOR MY PARTY AND WHEN I ASKED THE LITTLE GIRL WORKING MY TABLE WHY SHE WAS JUST NOW TELLING ME THIS SHE SAID SHE THOUGHT I KNEW BECAUSE SHE GOT EXTRA CUPS OFF THAT TABLE!!! WHAT A JOKE!!!! FINALLY I FOUND THE MANAGER AND COMPLAINED AND SHE GOT VERY UPSET AND TOLD ME IF I WASNT LATE THEN THE PIZZAS WOULDVE BEEN HOT AND AS FAR AS THE OTHER PIZZAS THINGS HAPPEN! IF I WANTED SHE WOULD PUT THE PIZZAS IN THE MICROWAVE NOW BY THEN ITS 10MINS UNTIL THE PARTY IS SCHEDULED TO BE OVER SO SHE SAID IF I DIDNT WANT THAT I COULD THROW THEM AWAY OR TAKE THEM HOME BUT EITHER WAY SHE THOUGHT IT TO BE BEST IF MY PARTY AND I LEFT ASAP. I WAS TOLD THERE WERE TO BE NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS BUT THERE WAS A FINALLY THERE THAT HAD A BANANA PUDDING AS WELL AS ICE CREAM, I POINTED THAT T TO THE MANAGER AND SHE STATED THAT IT DIDNT CONCERN ME BECAUSE I WOULD BE LEAVING WHEN THE POLICE GOT THERE I THEN ASKED HER WHY SHE CALLED THEM AND SHE SAID AGAIN THAT I HAD TOO MANY COMPLAINTS AND NO ONE ELSE HAD COMPLAINED THAT DAY AND I NEEDED TO LEAVE SO I SD TOD LEAVE SO I SAID WE ARE STILL SUPPOSED TO BE ABLE TO SKATE UNTIL CLOSING AND SHE SAID WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE FOR ANY REASON AND YOU NEED TO GO I STAYED UNTIL THE POLICE ARRIVED THEY CONFIRMED WHAT SHE SAID AND TOLD ME IF I WANTED MY MONEY BACK THEN I COULD TAKE THEM TO COURT AND I WASNT SUPPOSED TO PAY UNTIL AFTER THE PARTY BUT I WAS FORCED TO DO SO EARLY DUE TO MY COMPLAINTS AND ONCE I DID THATS WHEN SHE TOLD ME MY PARTY AND I HAD TO LEAVE OFFICIALLY... PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS PLACE ITS AWFUL NOT TO MENTION THE SKATES ARE RAGGEDY AND IF U WANT GOOD ONES THEY ARE EXTRA LOL
