Review content:
I went there for a tooth wash , which is the first time in my life. The dentist is a quiet woman and I feel OK about her at first. When I sat down and she numbed my mouth and I thought it is normal procedure. BUT when I felt she was digging in my mouth, I asked what she was doing because I felt it is not what I expected for a tooth wash. She had never said anything but gave me a sweet smile. So I thought, OK, it might be the right way to do the tooth wash. When I went out to check out and I was shocked. For my insurance, I have two free tooth wash every year, but I was charged more than four hundred dollars. The cashier told me that four teeth of mine were extracted. I was so shocked. The cashier noticed red liquid coming out of my mouth when I told her that I have never been told about the extraction. The dentist was called out in the lobby, and I questioned she did a procedure that I didn't even know and she didnt say anything , but still smile quietly and seemingly sweetly. She has to talk for sure . She is such a lier
Cons: crowded awkward place and lied to the patient
