Review content:
I went into pets & pals to buy some gear for my fish tanks, and the so called ""manager"" (Tall young woman, brown curly hair) was at the front counter on her cell phone texting and didn't even greet me as I walked through the door. I then overheard her tell her co-worker that she was ""sooooo hungover""...this was apparent because when I asked her a question she seemed incoherent, out of it, and was mumbling and jumbling her words so fast I couldn't even understand what she was saying. She was also very snobby. I asked her why the store was always so low on stocking their shelves---which is quite a fair question when u are a paying customer and the things that u want are never in the store--and her answer was very snappy and defensive. She walked back over to the front counter and continued texting on her cell phone. I ended up buying fish food because that was the 1 thing they did have--and as I walk up to the manager (who is still texting on her cell phone in front of me) looks right at me and turns her back away. She then yells to her co-worker to come up to the front counter and help me with my purchase, and once again, she rudely and unprofessionally went back to her cell phone. The other girl cashed me out and said sorry they didnt have what I was looking for, which I thought was nice. But I felt really offended by the disrespectful behavior from the manager. She should sleep off those hangovers and try to be nicer. Not gonna shop there again if she is there.
