We moved to Pine creek apartments 7 years ago, first off the property that I saw on the web site showed a beautiful and clean complex however the first issue when we moved in it was not anything like the pictures and the people managing the apartment was deceiving people by saying that there were amenities that did not exist. second issue was that the complex was was infested with roaches and bed bugs and insisted on spraying on a continuous base (which did no good) and even after suffering from allergic reactions were still insisting on spraying or they would evict. the third issue the appliances in the apartments were over 15 years old and were cause electric bill to go sky high but took no responsibility in fixing the high bills with their tenants even though they were at fault. The complex is riddled with code violations and health dangerous, including a light pole that had been left unfixed for several month a with currant still active and is accessible to a child's reach, a friend of mine noticed the connection loose and was shocked, The maintenance crew piles up furniture in the back and then leaves it for weeks at a time where children have been seen playing on the piles and other people taken bug infested furniture back into the buildings. Many people are struggling to pay their rent because they are having to pay bills created by the high bills and replacement of furniture that had been infested with bed bugs. Several sources that are left unnamed have also mentioned the law suits that have been bestowed on the complex and visits from the health department and code compliance. The owner of the Complex who live out of the US either has no knowledge about the property being in horrible shape or just does not care. also there is a certain employee that works on the property that is impersonating a security officer and has been known to harass and physically harm tenants and the complex does nothing about it. strongly urge anyone that looks into this complex to rethink on moving there the pictures on the web site were taken before the previous owner passed away, so the complex looks nothing like the pictures the rent is cheap but it is not worth it because of the headaches this apartment complex causes.
