I am a tenant at Pine Creek Apts. Today is the 3rd day in a row without hot water; the first day there was no running water period. This is not the first problem I've had. Once in March and 3 times in April, there was no running water. No notice was given. Once, on a separate occation in March, the water was off with notice given the day before. When I spoke with Jerry, the manager, in April he told me they were doing renovations and the contractor had neglected to inform them when they were shutting off the water. His response now:: It is an old building, if you don't like it, you can leave! He then stormed off into his office and slammed the door. How unprofessional! I am looking for a new residence. I moved in in March, and it is seriously stressful on me and my family with children. I have a disabled husband, 3yr old, 6yr old & 7 yr old.
