Review content:
Poor /NO diagnostics - vehicle towed 3 times AFTER having work done there. When I asked about diagnostics being run on the vehicle I was told ""Everyone thinks you can hook a car to a computer and fix it. If somebody tells you they used diagnostics to fix your car - I'll buy that machine."" WHAT? I went to another repair shop, that located and fixed the the problem within hours. I requested a refund from Import Auto Haus and was refused, ""you had more then one problem with the vehicle."" ONLY after filing in small claims court did I get my money back. And that was the day before the trial.
Pros: received refund.
Cons: had to file court claim to get it.
