Review content:
Ace Safe and Lock were recommended by a friend. I called them to setup and appointment and they said they would work me in that Saturday afternoon. No one called or showed up. On Monday night a technician called to apologize for not showing up on Monday (b/c thats when they were told the appt was). We arranged to have them come the following Saturday. He took down the details of the work that needed to be done, how many locks, what types they were, etc. The next Saturday, no one called or turned up again. I called Saturday afternoon to find out when someone would be there and got an answering machine. No one ever returned my call.
