I completely agree with the review above. The services was very good until the dress was purchased. After that, the service in recieving the dress was non-exsistant. Also the alterations department were helpful in the first fitting, but managed to change the lines of the dress when adding the bustle. This is apparently how it is done according to them. Also the dress had spots on it and had to be repressed when I picked it up Ms. Ventura was less than helpful when this was brought to her attention
