On August 27th, I visited a Conn's for the my first time. My intentions was to buy a TV, in which I did.\r In going thru the paperwork, My salesman asked me at least six times to purchase the extended warranty which I refused. During this time, in an indirect way, he called me stupid three times, by saying ""your stupid for not buying this"". He also treated me very rude. Looking back, I should have gotten up and walked away, I don't know why I did not. The salesman also tried to sell me $50 worth of cable that I did not need.\r In looking thru my paperwork, I notice that the salesman added an ""insurance policy"" to cover the TV I purchased. In reading thru this paper when I got home, it shows that this is a ""voluntary"" action on my part. The salesman informed me that this was part of the credit process.\r I will be canceling this ""insurance policy"".\r I will NEVER go into a Conns again, nor will I suggest to others to shop there.\r I walked in and every thing I looked at I was bombarded by sales people. The store was very uncomfortable to be in.\r Pros: Small department store Cons: Pushy salesman
