My husband and I are still waiting on our tile. We ordered nearly 3 weeks ago, and they still cannot give us an answer as to when it will come in. They do not call you back at all - I have had to call several times, and they act as though it's not a big deal for our order to be delayed. Our original salesperson told us the tile would be in no more than 5 days later - and I just found out she didn't place the order until 4 days after we actually ordered it! Extremely disappointed with their customer service and timeliness!
Pros: Good value for flooring
