We purchased our first Miele vacuums from a company in California, and then we moved to Austin. When we purchased another condo, we decided to get another Miele and visited Longs. The price was great as we paid less than we did in CA. Also, we were so impressed with the information and assistance we received before the sale, as we found out so much about the vacuum that the previous store had not told us. We had some service issues with the first vacuum and found they were more than helpful to fix the issue. These people know their stuff and I can't imagine any better assistance from a retailer. I highly recommend Longs Vacuum here in Austin and wanted to share our experience with them.
