Gentlemen, and Ladies - MULLIGANS is as good as it gets on Roswell St in Marietta, Georgia! I only get into town a few times a year, but always know i can count on a cold Blue Ribbon and a warm reception from the folks around the bar. On my latest visit, I apologized for having traded my SUV for a blue PRIUS, and they graciously accepted my apology and even seemed to get a kick out of having a Japanese car parked out front. I do not go there for the food, but Mulligan's has it - even grilled bologna, in season. Customers smoke, prefer Pabst Blue Ribbon draft, and enjoy lovely lady bartenders. And the signs out front? I take pictures, I have a collection of them, dating back to the one that read ""SHUT UP, JESSE"" (and, you know what, friends, Jesse has finally quieted down). One time, I brought my wife in for lunch . . . she really enjoyed the talking deer head :-) Personal note to Milton: I was in Mulligan's on a Saturday; you invited me to come back on Sunday - I came but had to leave before you arrived - next visit, I buy you a beer. See the Big Picture: This Bar is Irreplaceable. Pros: Cold beer, friendly staff and locals Cons: Have not tried the chili; bologna sandwich might be good.
