My carpet now looks brand new! It's perfect!!!! I was embarressed to even call about getting it clean- there were so many stains, and it was really dirty- thought I should just have it replaced, but decided to try this company. Len was timely, courteous and exceptionally knowledgeable. He spent ALL day and got out every spot, after moving everything and cleaning every speck of carpet. He was meticulous and ultra-professional! He was extremely good to my cats, too, and even left industrial fans overnight to make sure the carpet was dried completely, and when he came back in the morning, found other tiny spots I hadn't even noticed and got them up! He also offered to re-arrange the furniture, and put everything back just where it was (or where I asked him). I am absolutely thrilled- and every single person who has come to my house has raved about how good it looks! I have told EVERYONE to use him, and I will ONLY use Complete Carpet Care in the future! I wish I could find more people like him to work for me!
