I don't normally write reviews either, in fact i created an account just to go off on these guys. They have some awesome buildings but they treat their potential tenants like dirt. The leasing office people make a game out of hanging up on you, being nasty, etc. I think the family is fighting over money since the founder died, so the lunatics are running the asylum. They have some great buildings but be prepared for a battle with the losers who run the place day-to-day. Ultimately it may be worth it though because once you're in you can just ignore them.
Pros: Nice Buildings
Cons: high-end slumlords
