I was a little apprehensive about my procedure, a steroid lumbar injection. From the moment I entered the comfortable waiting room where I was welcomed by the receptionist, I was put at ease. I had an early morning appointment, and the wait was very short. The front and back office staff were all wonderful! The nurses and technicians were friendly and efficient, and even though the time I spent talking with Dr. Mahendru was brief, he was very thorough and I knew I was in competent hands. The procedure itself didn't take long at all, with the doctor constantly asking me how I was doing. The best part was having a warm, reassuring hand to hold on to during the uncomfortable moments.
I highly recommend the Pain Relief Surgicenter -- everyone there made me feel very special!
Pros: Friendly, efficient staff; attentive & knowledgeable doctor
Cons: Not a single one.
