Review content:
A friend told me about this spa so I thought I would give it a try. First of all, the hrs were horrible to accomidate an appointment. The the parking was unbelievable no where to park. I noticed while I was suppost to be getting my hair colored and cut that the girls that work there also like to color and cut and style their hair or each others while they r working. Where is management? Whos is in charge? This place was like a play yard for children without supervision. I was so shocked by what a know it all my stylist thought she was that I had to go back to my original salon to get what I really wanted. To this company they cater to themselves and they have attitute that really needs to be checked at the door. I have a thought how put the girls who don't have clients clean, dust, vaccum, sweep or maybe not be there if they don't wanna work. This place gave me a whole new attitute about keeping your stylist you have and staying true to them. I would not recommend this place to anyone. RUN!!
Cons: rude staff, horrible parking and unbelievable employees
