Review content:
My name is HowlingWolf and I would like to apologize to my employer Thomas Stuckey, owner of Knife Sharpest and the profit Grambo Stuckey the founder of the company. As a representative of this company I should conduct myself in a courteous and professional manner at all times. I recall the morning joecoolest2 and his wife came into the shop, at the time I was unaware of his screen name which explains how he perceives himself. Anyhow, I woke up that morning with a toothache which caused a severe headache, I was working alone at the time sharpening another customer?s knife when I finished the knife I asked joecoolest2 what he needed, I admit I did not smile nor greet him in my usual helpful demeanor due to my irritability brought on by my dental health issue. His attitude of entitlement may have also played a role in my mood. We at Knife Sharpest provide an elite service but we are not servants. Our loyal customers, who would not take their knives anywhere else to be sharpened, respect and appreciate us and the job we do. joecoolest2 did make a good point regarding our sign, which has been there more than ten years. It could be time to specify on the sign, which I would have explained to joecoolest2 had he not left so quickly, we will sharpen one knife while you wait so you have a sharp blade and the remainder of his knives would get sharpened in the order they came through the door. In the future I will try to be more patient with irritating people who treat others in a disrespectful manner because they believe they are superior for one reason or another. My actions on this day were mine and mine alone and should not reflect on Thomas Stuckey or Knife Sharpest where you do get the highest quality sharpening. Business has increased thanks to the Austin Statesman article and as we know hunting season and the holidays are here, which is a busy time for us. Again I apologize to Thomas and Grambo.\r HAPPY HOLIDAYS,\r HowlingWolf \r \r
