My husband and I ate here about 1 year ago. We vaguely remember the food being ok with slow service. What we really remember is that it seems to be the only place to get Caribbean food in Houston which may be why it's called ""the best"".
Well, Easter Sunday we ate at the Breakfast Klub & there were flyers for Reggae Hut on the tables. We decided to have it for dinner during the week. So, we called on a Thursday around 4:45 pm to place an order for pick-up and someone answered and asked up if he could place us on hold. We were on hold for about 8 minutes (ridiculous). We then hung up and called right back only to get a recording. Seriously? The food might be good but, we won't know anytime soon. If the Reggae Hut can't handle taking phone orders I can only imagine the chaos and foolishness we might have experienced in person. GET IT TOGETHER!
