The counter help got the order wrong, and refused to make it right when brought to their attention. He just scowled and made denials, pointing fingers of blame, even when my dinner companion confirmed what I had ordered. No refund nor willingness to provide what was ordered. At the time of the order the counter help did not repeat order back when made nor issue any sort of receipt showing what was ordered, and thus assumed responsibility. I left and went to Pronto's on Montrose, which is much better pizza anyway. Glad I paid with credit card because I will dispute the charges.
