My kids who are 4 and 5 went in today for their cleanups and X-Rays. I don't know why people are giving this doctor bad reviews, the whole office was AMAZING and Dr. Casas answered ALL my questions. Dr. Casas also checked on the kids once the cleaning was done by her staff and made sure it was done right. She went in and revised the work. Also, they allowed me to be in the same room with my children which a lot of dentist usually don't want. The staff expected me to be there with them and that's important for me. Furthermore, the kids were not held down at all. I am posting pictures because I read the review that said they had held a child down and this was not my case. They did not restrain my sons at all, and they showed them the cleaning utensils prior to using them on them.
My kids were treated very well, they enjoyed their dentist visit, didn't cry, panic or felt scared.
The office has a lovely play area, and they show the kids the X-rays as they are appearing on the computer the moment they take them. Honestly this dentist was GREAT!!!!
