I found TigerLily online and I am so thankful I did. I was looking for relief to my chronic headaches and work/ economy induced stress. Doug has helped my stress level be lower than I thought possible and my headaches are gone. I was getting 1 headache / day. Now I might get the beginning of a headache 1 time/ month. Doug has also helped me with my diet and given me plenty of information about health and my body. Thank you Doug for all your help.\r
