Review content:
This was definitely NOT the place to go for my first new-car buying experience. I'd done all my research, knew EXACTLY what I wanted, and went in to Richfield-Bloominton Honda. The experience went downhill fast. They didn't have the car I wanted in stock (it was a Civic LX, one of their best sellers, of all things), so a special order ensued. The sales people acted largely confused, but continued to push every upgrade I stated I didn't want. When I say pushed, I mean PUSHED. When working out financing, the manager SHOUTED across the showroom at us, ""ARE WE FINISHED THERE... YET?!""\r
\r
Shoulda walked out. Didn't.\r
\r
About a month after taking possession of the car, they sent me a 5,000 mile service check-up coupon... which they refused to honor. They surprised me with an $80+ bill at checkout. \r
\r
Addendum: Want further proof of this place's unethical behavior? Take a look at the only positive review here, written by someone handled ""tlj59"". They glow about service and specifically mention an employee named ""Terry J"". You'd think that when ""Terry J"" wrote a false (and glowing) review for himself, he'd use a handle that didn't include HIS OWN INITIALS. Unbelievable.\r
\r
Avoid these unethical idiots like the plague.
Pros: They have Hondas
Cons: Inept Management, poor selection, PUSHY! & more...
