Review content:
The crunchy texture, grilled flavor and hot temperature of the garlic naan was superb. Not greasy and dull. The chicken curry was packed with flavor and juiciness, no pool of oil floating on the top. The chicken texture- soft...like butter, done to perfection. Wonderful selection of vegetarian items. I've eaten Indian food my entire life; my Burmese father lived in India and cooks Indian food. Masala's style is more upscale, thus the slightly more expensive price. I have eaten at other Indian restaurants in the Inner Sunset and can vouch that Masala's cuisine is exquisite. The real deal.
The parking is atrocious. The service was slow on a weeknight. despite few people in the restaurant. Still highly recommended due to the high food quality. Be patient, enjoy your company, and savor the meal.
