I am confused as to the practice of the Evermans Police Departments hiring practices. It seems that you have no background checks while considering the officers that your hiring. You currentley have a man you have hired for your department that owns a machine gun and several assault weapons, has a past that includes neglect of child support and has smoked illegal substances his whole adult life and has threatened several pepole including his own family for years. If you had contacted his former employers or family you would know that this person is a gun freak kicked out of the Airforce and has domestic violance with his estranged children. Why woulld you put a badge on a person like this your job is to protect your comunity not hire gun slingers that are looking for a excuse to shoot someone.
