I've been to othe T&B's, and had very good service, and the Colorists and Stylists have always been very good. Something's amiss at Northpark, however. I had to wait 30 minutes for my colorist, brought a picture of the color I would like my hair to be when I left, she said great, and we got to work. After processing, I had to wait for a rinse bowl (busy place!) The person who rinsed, was reeeaaaalllly slow, even when I told her I was on a time crunch, and, once she was finished there were no towels for my wet head (?) I had to cancel my blow out because I had to get back to work-- and-- worst part--- the toner is too violet, the color doesn't look like the picture I brought. Bottomline, too much going on in this salon for good time management and quality control. Staff couldn't have been nicer, but it took too long, and wasn't what I asked for.
