This really is an awesome community and it's one of Atlanta's best kept secrets. For two years I drove by it and thought nothing of it then when I was looking for condos I happened to check it out. I was amazed. For a VERY reasonable price I'm able to live in the heart of everything, five minutes from the Highlands, Midtown, Piedmont Park, Inman Park and Little 5. The amenities here are great and the views are out of this world. I know I sound like a commercial but I have nothing to gain since I'm not selling my unit ANY TIME soon. I really can't say anything but good things about City Heights - if you haven't checked it out, do yourself a favor and do it!
