I work in the service industry so I expect a lot out of restaurants for my money. When I order dinner and you tell me 45 minutes, and after 2 phone calls it arrives 1 hour and 45 minutes later ice cold, I am upset. Had the food been warm or hot and very good, this review would be a 7, but I had to eat a rubbery ice cold taco dinner and my dessert was ruined because you could not put it in a separate container as I kindly asked you to. I called up and could barely hear you, I had no idea you were a music club, as your menu screams of nice restaurant when I pay 45 dollars for 2 dinners, dessert, and an appetizer. Either figure out how to run a restaurant, or leave the South Loop. We already have a taco bell.\r
