Review content:
I hired Bartz to mud float and texture my family room and then finish it by painting the walls and ceiling. The drywall was done professionally. The ceiling and walls were to be done in different colors, and as such should have been taped and prepped properly to ensure clean lines between the two. The weather slowed the job some and to save time, I presume, they skipped any prep work at all. They painted both at the same time creating wobbly lines, and getting the wrong colored paint in places it shouldn't be. To top this off they failed to clean the space prior to leaving other than a basic sweeping. They left debris and tape stuck all over and mud/texture stuck to the floor. There were paint splatters on the glass as well. Now I am stuck with a sloppy paint job and a tremendous clean up job. I hired these guys to do a better job than I could and to save me the time of doing it, I got neither.
Pros: Decent drywall.
Cons: Sloppy painting, messy.
