I love the food and the people are always very friendly. However, they don't practice customer-first business practices. 1 - Tiny drink glasses (so you'll drink less of the refill beverages) make you get up every few minutes. 2 - They only take cash. Wow, what kind of business is willing to embarrass customers at the counter and cause inconvenience just to avoid credit card fees? 3 - There phone number goes to voice mail - you can't even call in a to-go order. \r

As a consumer trends analysts, it always amazes me to see companies not put their customers first. It may take years to feel the effect, but ultimately, you will.
