I love San Francisco Deli and have been dining there for a long time, so I've tried a lot of things on the menu. For all of you whining about them only taking cash, they now accept credit cards, with a minimum purchase amount, I believe. The breads are amazing, bread bowls and soups are awesome. Everything tastes fresh, and you also can't beat the day-old pastries they sell in bags if you want to take some goodness home with you. I love, love, love the marinated carrots on the sandwiches. Deelish. The salads always taste crisp and fresh and the dressings are all light. Everything just seems pure and wholesome and great. If you are someone who frequents the place to sit and work on your computer all day, be kind and don't hog tables during the busy lunch rush. Thanks!
