I've been coming to Megan LaCore at the Alchemy Hair Studio twice a month for almost a year now and I have yet to have a bad experience. Megan knows my hair better than I do and always finds ways to keep me looking good. From a guy's perspective Megan has styled my hair so that it is extremely easy to fix it up in the morning without having to use globs of gel or other product. Her knowledge of color is far beyond mastery and I would recommend Megan to anyone, both male and female, who is looking to get away from those cookie cutter hair places at a reasonable price.
The salon itself is always clean and the receptionists are very polite. The appointment reminder system via email is an awesome addition and I would recommend Alchemy to anyone who is looking to walk away with a great hairstyle.
Pros: Flexible schedule, excellent stylist, and great location
Cons: Parking is sometimes a pain
