We went on a Friday evening--place was packed at 7:30. Downstairs seating had a cold ambiance due to the tiled floor. Everything started out okay but after an hour when we still hadn't received our soup and salad, we asked the owner/manager? to check on it. He gave us a condescending talk about how everything is made to order, even the soup and salad. Regardless, it shouldn't take 75 min to receive appetizers! We almost finished our wine before the food arrived. When they brought the entree, they messed up my husband's order and I had to wait while they figured it out. Food was excellent but the time was ruined because of the terrible pacing of our meal. Our waiter was so embarassed that he barely came around; viewed the table from afar with a panicked look on his face. They just don't have their act together yet.
Pros: good value, excellent food
Cons: kitchen is extra slow, SLOW SLOW SLOW
