Review content:
The Mystic solution was either watered down or low when I used it. Been Mytic-ing at other locations for 3 years with no problems. I saw zero results after a Tan Factory Mystic. Customer Service number is a voice mailbox that is full so you cant leave a message. Messages left at the location for the manager were never returned. Finally catching the manager on the phone at the location led her to tell me it must have been my fault. She didn?t want to see the results first hand or offer another Mystic. I was welcome to spend another $30 for a Mystic to see if its any better now. Tan Factory is ripping customers off and don?t care. All other Mystic locations I have used in North Scottsdale give great results & they will be getting my money for now on. Avoid the Tan Factory for Mystic tans. Save your $30 for a reputable company that is willing to stand behind their product and the results.

Cons: watered down Mystic solution, high price, limited parking, bad customer service
