I would like to recommend HealthFirst Wellness Center for all of your South Austin or Greater Austin Chiropractic needs. I have had excellent care here for 6+ months and would recommend their practice for anyone seeking chiropractic services.
I sought chiropractic care after a variety of more traditional treatments weren't working for me. From the beginning, I really appreciated the attention that Dr. Holden gave me each time I was there. It was very different from the cattle call type doctor's visit that we've all experienced.
In the beginning of my care, I was especially impressed with the time Dr. Holden spent with me explaining my varied stress related issues and how they all were interacting in my body and how I could treat my total person. I found his advice, both during adjustments and for other total wellness issues very helpful and inspiring.
Everyone's needs for chiropractic care are different and I know that my experience during the initial, and now maintenance phase of my treatment was very satisfactory.
The entire staff is very friendly and helpful and it's always nice to see Stephanie's smiling face when you arrive for you adjustment.
I highly recommend HealthFirst Wellness Center based on my personal experience with the friendly, experienced, and helpful doctors and staff.
