I wish I had done some more research on this type of cleaning, as stains started returningwithin hours of the job being completed. We also found dry white powdery residue in some areas, even after we had vacuumed again. The phone estimate was $270-315. It ended up costing $377. There was a follow up call later in the evening and I indicated that some of the stains had reappeared. They told me they would let Elmer know and he would get back to me. Still haven't heard back yet. On the bright side, the carpets did appear to be brighter and cleaner, though not anymore so than when we last had our carpets cleaned the traditional way.\r

UPDATE: Earl contacted me personaly to handle my dissatisfaction with the stains. He came out personaly and worked very hard to remove the spots and a couple of other areas of concern. He was extremely professional and even gave me a full refund, which I had not asked for. This company obviously stands behind their product and service. I would not hessitate to recommend them to anybody!
Pros: Easy to schedule, showed up on time, seemed professional
Cons: stains returned quickly, no follow up call from cleaning crew, estimate was over $50 off
