I moved into a new home and had the carpet cleaned 6/21. The home had all sorts of stains that I couldn't identify, and many that I could (pet urine). I was honestly expecting to have to throw out the carpet and re-do the entire home. I must mention this to demonstrate what a job they did.
Miguel was the gentleman assigned, and I can't understate what a thorough job he did. Miguel provided an extremely detailed explanation of the process, and it was obvious that he knew this industry inside-out. Furthermore, he had an enthusiasm about his work that really inspired confidence in me as a buyer. I truly felt that Miguel was treating my home as if it was his own.
Miguel provided an extremely candid estimate beforehand, and while he felt confident about my carpet looking much better afterward, guessed that there may be some 20% that he wouldn't be able to get to (as mentioned, carpet was in bad shape). When completed, Miguel had absolutely shattered that estimate and the carpet looks brand new.
Carpet Dry Cleaning seems like a well-run organization from contact I've had, but it's the quality of people like Miguel that truly makes someone like myself write a review about the service. I can't emphasize enough how much more secure I felt as a buyer when I could visually see how much pride he took in his work. If they take requests, I will ask for Miguel every single time.
