Businiess name:  Shooting Star Saloon

Review content:
The saloon was built (1879-oldest bar in Utah). Some people are just too uptight and just don't get what the shooting star is all about. It's about history. It's about being different. It's about a unique place that hasn't changed much. I always take out of town guests there and they love it. My favorite time is stopping by after hitting the slopes. Don't expect quick food or table service. A good burger takes time and they make them fresh from very good beef. You order your food and drinks at the bar. But in my opinion it is the best burger I have ever had. The knackwurst they put on the burgers makes such a unique taste and they are big burgers. If you want a classy burger place- stay in town. But if you want that old fashion down-to-earth-this-is-the-way-it-is historic type atmosphere this it the place. The bathrooms walls are carved with graphiti dating back to who knows how long. I still haven't read it all. There is a pool table and juke box machine. The ceiling is covered with dollar bills with peoples name on them, again, dating back to when? There are a few stuffed animals on the wall including the worlds largest Saint Bernard head. This animal weighed in at 300lbs. It took a couple times going there before I realized it wasn't a bears head. \r \r Yes it does smell of smoke because it is legal to smoke in there, but it never bothered me as a non-smoker. Check it out for yourself, but take it for it's character and a place thats stands the test of time. Remember it's 21 and older only to enter. It's up in Huntsville along the Pineview Reservour. A nice drive from town up Ogden Canyon. The Shooting Star Saloon has been written-up in a positive way in travel magazines for years.\r \r You owe it to yourself to check it out. In all fairness to the few bad experiences written, even the finest restaraunts don't make everyone happy. Pros: Uniqueness, great burger, allot character Cons: Not open on Monday & Tuesday
