These guys are known for bad customer service. A friend of mine tried to buy a desert eagle 50 calibur and they were rude due to a discrepancy with his checking account and DL address. My experience however has been positive when I have shopped there. If you know what you want and are somewhat knowledgeable these guys will help you and show you whatever you want. Their prices are great and selection is very good. They beat Rays sporting goods in price but not customer service. I'd shop both if you are looking for a new gun.
