Review content:
Lived in the Cobb House for over two years. Originally LOVED the place. Key card entry and clean lobby was great. New owner's took over last year ad now a vast majority of older residents want to move our or have already done so. New management is never in office, resigning you to leaving notes or messages even during office hours when they should be in. Even when they are on vacation they fail to notify residents of who to call for emergencies. Noise problems are rampant. Great deal for an apartment with paid utilites and cable. Perfect for a college student on a budget.

Cons: noise noise noise!!! Management unreachable most of time.
