I would advise to anyone not to buy from this place the owner expects residents to keep the place looking top notch but the park has homes falling apart all over the place those belong to the owner. The owner sends out notices to cut your grass or be evicted and wont cut the grass that belongs to the park or around. OVER CHARGED OVERLY STUPID PERSON!!!!! \r
You want a nice park to raise your family in go somewhere else!!!!!!!!
